The Elkhart County SWCD works closely with our urban partners to provide technical, financial, and educational assistance to urban and rural residential landowners.  The SWCD has taken on responsibilities relating to Public Education, Public Participation, and Construction Site Runoff Control for the Greater Elkhart County Stormwater Partnership.

Several initiatives we are involved with include:

A Rain Barrel and Rain Garden Incentive Program

Technical Assistance and Education for Homeowners
