What is PermiTrack?

PermiTrack is an online service that allows you, or your staff, in any location to input, upload, and view erosion control inspection information. Elkhart County requires all projects with a SWPPP and a PCSMP to inspect erosion control Best Management Practices (BMPs) weekly and within 24 hours (pre or post) of a 1/2 inch rain event. PermiTrack streamlines this process by eliminating the need for paper inspections and the subsequent storage of these inspections.

What if I don’t have regular internet access to use PermiTrack?

If for some reason you cannot do an inspection through PermiTrack, you can print a paper inspection HERE.

How do I access PermiTrack?

All erosion control inspection reports for the Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP) must be submitted to the SWCD through PermiTrack either the online or phone app. You can find that system here: https://www.mypermitrack.com/
