The Greater Elkhart County Stormwater Partnership releases a new stormwater education calendar every two years. The goal of this calendar is to educate the public about stormwater and water resources in Elkhart County.
Water + Community: Community Starts Upstream
The theme for the 2028/2029 Stormwater Education Calendar is Community Starts Upstreams. We’re looking for photos of people interacting with water throughout the waterways of Elkhart County.
- Warmer Months: Kayaking/Canoeing, Fishing, Swimming, Jumping in Puddles/Streams, Playing in the Rain, Nature Walks, etc.
- Cooler Months: Cross-Country Skiing, Ice Fishing, Playing in the Snow, Nature Walks, etc.
