Pay Dirt IN-field is a continuation of many of the concepts covered in our March event offering a  more hands-on approach.  The event will be held on an operating Hoosier Homestead recognized farm that includes row crops, cover crops, enhanced field borders, cattle grazing, an active stormwater pollution prevention plan, a county regulated drain and more! 

Please join us as we demonstrate erosion control best management practices, analyze soils, sample water quality, and further discuss the many ways the ag and construction communities can continue to work together to improve water quality.

Activities and demonstrations include

• Product demonstrations from various local and national companies.
• Side by side comparisons of stabilization techniques.
• Multiple root pits demonstrating the variation in soils and ways to improve them.
• Hoosier Riverwatch style in-creek demonstration and specimen analysis.
• Enhanced field border example for rural and urban applications.
• Conversations with industry experts on ag and stormwater topics
