Bronze Package
$500.00 1 day or $1000.00 full event
- 8 foot table
- 2 passes for event including offered meals
- Advertisement in all pre-conference promotions
Silver Package
$1000.00 1 day or $2000.00 full event
- 8 foot table
- 4 passes for event including offered meals
- Advertisement in all pre-conference promotions
- 16 foot area for demonstration display (tent or location of choosing outside of tent)
- Logo scrolling on main screen between presentations (shared with other vendors)
Gold Package
$1500.00 1 day or $3000.00 full event
- 8 foot table
- 6 passes for event including offered meals
- Advertisement in all pre-conference promotions
- Logo scrolling on main screen between presentations (single large logo, not shared)
- 15 minutes each day to present product in power point type presentation
- Logo on participant nametags
Meal Sponsorships
- Coffee and Refreshments – 1 day $500 Full Event $1000.00
- Tuesday Lunch – $2000.00
- Wednesday Lunch – $2000.00
- Thursday Breakfast – $1000.00
Please note that 1 day is a day of your choice- full event is 2 or 3 days, again of your choice.
Additional passes for vendor representatives beyond the allocated amount may be purchased through the SWCD by CLICKING HERE.
Pay Dirt Raffle
Did you know you can support the event by donating an item for the raffle? This is a great option for those who want to support the event, but cannot be there in person. Some suggested items are:
