  • 16 foot area for demonstration display (tent or location of choosing outside of tent)
  • Logo scrolling on main screen between presentations (shared with other vendors)

Gold Package

$1500.00 1 day or $3000.00 full event

  • 8 foot table
  • 6 passes for event including offered meals
  • Advertisement in all pre-conference promotions
  • Logo scrolling on main screen between presentations (single large logo, not shared)
  • 15 minutes each day to present product in power point type presentation
  • Logo on participant nametags

Meal Sponsorships

Please note that 1 day is a day of your choice- full event is 2 or 3 days, again of your choice.
